1. Grant of License

By purchasing or downloading any extension from [yourdomain.com], you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own Magento installation(s), subject to the terms below.

You may:

  • Use the extension on one production Magento instance (multi-store allowed).
  • Use the extension on development/staging environments.
  • Customize or extend the extension’s code for your own internal use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the extension with third parties.
  • Include the extension in any bundle, SaaS, or service offering.
  • Publish or make the code publicly accessible (e.g., GitHub, forums).

2. Ownership

All extensions remain the intellectual property of Remmote. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of the source code — only a limited right to use it.

3. Updates & Support

  • Each license includes 12 months of updates and support (or as specified at time of purchase).
  • After that, continued support and updates may require renewing your license or upgrading your plan.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only in cases of critical defects that cannot be resolved.

5. Termination

If you violate the terms of this license, your right to use the extension is immediately revoked. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use.
